Revival: A Small Town, A Big Bet, and America’s Energy Future

America’s clean energy future isn’t something to imagine. It’s something to build. This is at the core of our mission at CleanEcon, and we’re already seeing it in places you might not expect.

One such place is Milford, Utah. A former mining community with a population of 1,400 that’s now home to Fervo Energy’s Cape Station, the world’s largest next-generation geothermal development. Beyond delivering clean, 24/7 power to the grid, the project is also delivering jobs, investment, and renewed pride to a rural town that refused to be written off.

That’s the story we sought to capture in our short film Revival, produced by Steph Spiers and Future in Bloom. The film follows Milford and its people at a moment of quiet but profound transformation as cutting-edge geothermal technology takes root. It’s a glimpse of what we mean when we say that unleashing clean energy innovation is the key to driving economic growth and shared prosperity.

We’re proud to share Revival with the world. Take a few minutes to meet Milford, hear from the people shaping its future, and see what America’s clean energy future looks like up close.
