Where possible, it breaks rates down by what's actually driving costs — generation, transmission, distribution, and other charges — so users can see not just where prices are rising, but why.
The tool is hosted on Heatmap and updated monthly. CleanEcon partnered on its development because better data is the foundation of better energy policy — and the affordability conversation is too important to get wrong.
